Program 01
Beginner Group
The foundational Olympic Weightlifting group class for beginners and intermediates looking to build a strong base in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Led by Coach Hani Kanama, each athlete receives an individualized assessment at the start to establish baseline metrics and shape their training approach.
Classes are 75 minutes and structured to develop correct movement patterns, strength, and confidence in the Olympic lifts through safe, systematic progressions.

Personal Coaching
Private 1-on-1 Olympic Weightlifting sessions with Coach Hani in a distraction-free training environment. Sessions are fully personalized, built around your body type, technical needs, competition schedule, and performance targets.
Each 75-minute session is scheduled around your availability. The focus is movement correction, mobility development, and progressive strength work in a controlled, focused setting distinct from commercial gym environments.

Strength & Conditioning
A group class for athletes and individuals looking to build strength, improve performance, and prevent injury. Suitable whether you're training for Olympic weightlifting, another sport, or general fitness.

Shoulder pressing, back & shoulder work, arm strengthening

Squats, deadlifts, split squats, explosiveness, lower back

Drop-In
A self-directed training session for experienced Olympic weightlifters who want to practice independently in a dedicated lifting environment. Train alongside other athletes with access to platforms, barbells, and weight plates.
Note: No coaching is provided during drop-in sessions. This option is suited to intermediate and advanced athletes comfortable training autonomously.
